If your organization uses OpenStack, you’ll be interested to know that the inaugural Superuser Awards were unveiled today. The annual awards are meant to recognize a team that used OpenStack to meaningfully improve their business while contributing back to the community.
The Superuser Awards are a part of OpenStack’s recent effort to support, encourage, and embrace the users who are at the cutting-edge of the software-defined economy, and using OpenStack to further their business goals and differentiate in a competitive industry.
“We’re continually impressed with organizations that are using OpenStack to become true change agents, and they deserve public recognition for their efforts and accomplishments,” said Jonathan Bryce, Executive Director at the OpenStack Foundation in a prepared statement.
If your organization or team has been using OpenStack to improve the way your business operates, the call for submissions is now open until September 19th, 2014. Click here to apply. Winners of the award will be announced on stage at the OpenStack Paris Summit November 3-7th.
